This individual will be part of a call center team responsible for processing all inbound and outbound calls. Conduct daily outbound refill calls and adherence calls to our specialty patients and their prescribers as a means to assure medication adherence as well as to improve outcomes. The individual will maintain patient call lists coordinate dates to ship refills with patients or primary caregivers, as well as processing patient specific insurance benefits is also a function of this position. Must be able to handle prescriptions through all queues within the Pharmacy Management System.
