When do I pay for my prescriptions?

Once we receive your prescription from your healthcare practitioner, we will contact you and verify your basic demographics (i.e. name, date of birth, telephone, mailing address, drug allergies etc.). We will then request payment before processing your order. We will always tell you the full price before you confirm your order and pay. 

How do I send in my prescriptions?

Ask your doctor to electronically send the prescription to us. They can also call in or fax prescriptions. They can locate Premier Pharmacy in their EMR/EHR ePrescribe software by searching for us by name, NPI# (1386085132), or ZIP code (37664). 

How long does it take for my doctor to send my prescription?

This depends on your provider. We recommend asking your provider if they sent your prescription. We will notify you once we receive your prescription.
